01

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Aether Partners Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17199332. Our registered office is Suite 2, 10 Abbey Parade, London, England, SW19 1DG. You can contact us at info.aetherpartners@gmail.com.

02

What this website provides

This site provides general information about Aether and the creator-partnership services we may provide to brands and creators. Its content is not an offer, campaign commitment, guarantee of selection or results, or legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether information on the site is relevant to your circumstances and for obtaining specialist advice where appropriate.

03

Partnerships require a separate agreement

An enquiry, introduction, discussion, brief, or creator recommendation does not by itself create a binding engagement. Brand or creator services begin only when the relevant parties enter a separate written agreement. That agreement, not these website terms, will address matters such as fees, deliverables, content and usage rights, exclusivity, advertising disclosures, approvals, revisions, cancellations, publishing dates, and payment.

04

Permitted use

You may access and view this site for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

  • use the site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringes another person's rights;
  • introduce malicious code, probe security, disrupt operation, or attempt unauthorised access;
  • use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract site content or contact details;
  • copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the site without written permission; or
  • misrepresent an association with or endorsement by Aether.

05

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Aether owns or is licensed to use the site's design, copy, branding, graphics, and original visual assets. All related intellectual property rights are reserved. These terms give you permission to use the site as described above; they do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use Aether's name, marks, content, or assets for another commercial purpose.

06

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or platforms for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

07

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may become incomplete or out of date. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or that the site will always be free from harmful material. You should use appropriate security protection on your own devices.

08

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Aether is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, third-party websites, or misuse of the site. We do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09

Privacy and younger creators

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you are a creator under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make or approve any enquiry and participate in any proposed engagement.

10

Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The revised terms apply from the stated update date. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to the site are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info.aetherpartners@gmail.com.
