01

Who we are

Aether Partners Limited is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17199332. Our registered office is Suite 2, 10 Abbey Parade, London, England, SW19 1DG.

For privacy questions or requests, email info.aetherpartners@gmail.com.

02

Information we collect

We may collect and use:

  • your name, email address, role, organisation, and contact details;
  • the type of enquiry you make and the contents of messages or correspondence;
  • campaign briefs, objectives, budgets, timings, deliverables, and partnership requirements;
  • creator profile links, content categories, audience information, reach, engagement, previous partnerships, fees, and availability;
  • agreement, delivery, payment, and campaign performance records; and
  • limited technical information recorded by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser details, request time, and error or security logs.

Please do not send special category information or other sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and we have agreed how it should be handled.

03

Where information comes from

We receive information directly from you when you use our enquiry form, email us, speak with us, or work with us. We may also receive it from a brand, creator, talent representative, agency, professional adviser, or another person involved in a proposed or active partnership.

To identify and assess potential partnerships, we may use information made public on creator platforms, websites, press coverage, and other public sources. Where we use information obtained from another source to contact you, we will provide relevant privacy information no later than our first communication, unless an exception applies.

04

How and why we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and take steps towards a possible agreement;
  • research, qualify, recommend, and introduce suitable brands and creators;
  • shape opportunities and coordinate briefs, negotiations, agreements, production, approvals, publishing, payment, and review;
  • manage our business relationships and maintain accurate records;
  • operate, troubleshoot, and protect our website and communications; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Depending on the activity, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in running an effective creator-partnership agency. Those legitimate interests include responding to business enquiries, researching credible partnership opportunities, managing delivery, protecting our services, and keeping appropriate business records. We balance those interests against your rights and expectations.

If we ask for consent for a separate purpose, you may withdraw it at any time. We do not currently use enquiry details for email marketing.

05

Who we share information with

Where necessary for the purposes above, we may share relevant information with:

  • brands, creators, talent representatives, agencies, and other delivery partners involved in evaluating or carrying out a partnership;
  • website hosting, security, file, and email providers, including Resend and Google email services;
  • accountants, lawyers, insurers, and other professional advisers; and
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We share only what is reasonably necessary and require service providers to protect information appropriately. We do not sell personal information.

06

International transfers

Aether works globally, and some recipients or service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an adequacy regulation, approved contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with appropriate safeguards where needed.

07

How long we keep information

We keep unsuccessful enquiry records for up to 24 months so that we can follow up appropriately and understand previous discussions. If a business relationship or partnership proceeds, we generally keep engagement, contractual, payment, and financial records for up to six years after it ends, or longer where law, an active dispute, or another documented requirement applies.

Routine technical and security logs are kept only for as long as operationally necessary. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

08

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.

To make a request, email info.aetherpartners@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.

09

Website use and younger creators

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or intentional non-essential cookies. Our hosting provider may process routine request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. We will update this policy and introduce appropriate choices before adding non-essential tracking.

We do not use personal information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. A creator under 18 must ask a parent or legal guardian to make or approve an enquiry and participate in any proposed engagement.

10

Changes to this policy

We review this policy when our services, suppliers, or use of personal information changes. We will publish updates here and, where a change materially affects how we use information already collected, take reasonable steps to bring it to the attention of the people concerned.
